Week 7: New Friend and Meditation



I took a meditation class last Thursday. It was great! It left me calm the rest of the day. I am going to start meditating at least two times a week now. The session was only 15 minutes but it had a huge imact on my day. I’m glad I decided to join the session.

I met a friend Matt. He did not take the meditation class but he was in the before hand and I tried to talk him into taking the class with me. Lol! He was very nice, we talked about Art 110 and how it was his favorite class this semester because it was different from all his other classes.
