Week 10: Activity

This week I wanted to share my health food blog. I am inspired by healthy living and love cooking nutritious foods.

The pictures below are from my blog. I enjoy turing my food into art, it makes it look delicious! I believe when you put love and time into your food, it is more nourishing for the body and you will enjoy it much more.

I believe in the power of raw foods and how much the body could benefit from these nutrient dense foods. It’s disappointing how many people don’t have enough fruits and vegetables in their diet. If I could change one person’s eating habits after they read my blog, I would feel accomplished.

Eating raw foods are good for the body, mind and soul.
